Tabernya & Allsfair Saint Bernards

Dogs that leave a paw print on your heart.

Import.

Saint Bernards are not quite rare but the gene pool can become quite small over a period of time,  particularly when the top winning dogs are used a lot at stud.  It is natural for that to happen as everyone wants the best for the breed.  Because of this it is important to the survival, and improvement of the breed to bring in fresh blood and new lines.  The most obvious choice is to import from top kennels abroad, and this is what I have done, and will continue to do in the future.

Am Ch Scandias Odin

Odin was originally brought into the UK by Heather Rollo-Jones (Mawreddog) and myself from Paul and Marina Boorsma (Scandia and Heezedorn) in the USA in the summer of 2008.  He lived here with me for a couple of months and then by mutual agreement I sold my share of Odin to Heather.  He lived with her until his very premature death in January 2009.

Nuch NLCh. Lux youth Ch Big Saints Greater Than Great

Joey was imported from Peter and Ingrid Stolzenbach (My Most Adorable and Roxy's Pride Kennel) in the Netherlands.  He came here to live in the summer of 2008 but developed lung cancer and he died a year after arriving.  He was a lovely cuddly bear, so soft in nature and a real credit to his breeders and owners.  A very lovely boy who is truly missed.

Lasquites Nemesis From Tabernya

Ronnie was imported from Canada, from Tikki Smith (Lasquite).  He is a lovely boy, or excellent bone and wonderful temperament.  I couldn't ask for more from this lovely bear.  He is an excellent all-rounder. He is nice to look at and even better to hold.  He is still a young dog still waiting to grow into his own, but he is turning into a lovely big boy, and I am proud to have him in my kennels.

Wind Rose In Si Minore

Ricci will be arriving from the In Si Minore Kennels in Italy at the end of the year with the kind help of her breeder Vittorio Fabbrini.  I am very excited about her and I cant wait to meet her.
